Happy new year, nice time stamp. I guess we all know what you where doing at midnight Granted, I was just playing video games also.

Happy New Year, Everyone! Unfortunately, I did not make it to midnight. I am getting too old.

We went to a New Years party last night. But all of us had kids and were old so the party broke up before 11pm. Nathan wanted to stay up until midnight, so we watched the party at Times Square until 2013 and then went to bed.

I decided to log off LOTRO around 10 p.m. so I could see the new year with my wife. However, I made the mistake of flipping on a movie. By 11:30 p.m., I could not keep my eyes open and went to bed. The holiday is starting to lose its significance to me. One year seems to be like the last. I guess old age is setting in.

Heh, I've never done anything more than play video games for NYE. I've never really put any stock into New Year's Day as a reset or anything. But now with a kid she still wakes up at the same time so staying up late isn't near as appealing.
