What did you do to need crutches?

I was running around the outside of a softball field Tuesday night and stepped in a hole. I was going pretty fast, so the force on my ankle was pretty significant. I have a sprained ankle, and will likely not be able to play too many more games this fall. I can actually move around without the crutches now, but at least I have them. I might still bring them for when I leave the house.

That sucks. It wasn't even in the game, then you could have called it a battle wound, now it is just a warmup wound. Glad to hear it is doing better. I'm not sure what it is about 30, but right after I turned 30 I started hurting a lot more also. It probably had more to to with having a kid and it being the end of winter so I had a lot of rust after sitting around for months.

Haha. Yeah. What I wouldnt give to be 16 again (or at least how hardy i was then).
